The Arc Master Trust and The Arc of New Mexico know that planning for the future is critical for individuals with disabilities. Whether you are a family member, a person with a disability, an attorney or a professional in the field of disabilities – we’re here to help.
The Arc Master Trust includes two trust programs:
Established in 1998, Trust I allows people with disabilities to fund their own trust – often with funds received through an inheritance, back payment from Social Security or a personal injury settlement – allowing them to maintain eligibility for government benefits.
Established in 1999, Trust II helps families provide for the financial future of their loved one without affecting eligibility for government benefits such as SSI, Medicaid, Food Stamps and Waiver programs.
The Arc of New Mexico was established in 1955 by parents of children with intellectual and other developmental disabilities who joined together to build a better and more accepting world for their children.
